Hurdles

Tiger Fitness and Training, are one of the few coaching groups, that offer the athlete the opportunity to give hurdling “a go”.

It is a specialised event, requiring speed, skill, athleticism and above all–NO FEAR!

Even if the athlete has never really tried the hurdles, by performing specific drills and cues, they may step up & just start to enjoy the challenge!
